- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had the misfortune to live in Fairfield for a number of years. I got assaulted by Officer Jimmy Bondoc in 3 occasions. I reported this misconduct to the PD and the last time I received an answer from the Chief of the Standards Unit, amazingly, this incompetent sergeant could not follow the PD rules he was supposed to enforce. Everything was recorded in my private surveillance cameras and the DA had the choice to either have those clips on youtube next day or to put Bondoc in proper place. She chose the second. But Bondoc still wears a badge and continues with his criminal behavior unchecked. Things improved a bit after Don DuBain left the DA Office, but not too much.
